This next Pre-License course begins September 25th at our Buford Location and meets every subsequent Tuesday and Thursday in the evenings from 6-9pm for 13 weeks – see registration details below!
Our Class is approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission and meets the 75 hour requirement for those seeking to become licensed.

The Real Estate Training Institute has been in operation for over 8 years and our instructors have many more years experience in the industry and can provide practical, real world examples to enrich the learning experience. Not only do you receive information to help you pass the Georgia State AMP examination, but you also are given a practical working knowledge that you can use in the start of your new career!
Our courses are held in the evening to give those, who are currently in career transition, an opportunity that other schools currently do not provide. Are classes are held in the evening and are spread over more weeks to allow for additional at home study and to absorb more material.
This 75 hour course is approved by the Real Estate Commission and meets all the requirements needed in order to take your state exam. Our current pass rate is above 90 % and is among the best in the state of Georgia
